During cold heading, deep drawing, or hot forging, metal parts endure hundreds of tons of extreme pressure and intense heat instantly. If the oil film ruptures under this pressure, it results in metal-to-metal cold welding, causing galling, tearing, and the destruction of incredibly expensive Tungsten Carbide dies. The LOUTANCE 700 & 800 Series are ultimate heavy-forming fluids engineered specifically to conquer extreme metal deformation and maintain flawless yield rates.
Challenge Extreme Deformation: Featuring an exceptionally high Weld Load (Pd) of up to 9600N, these oils maintain an indestructible boundary lubrication film even in the most brutal plastic deformation scenarios.
Flawless Fasteners: For cold heading operations, they protect punches during split-second extreme heat to guarantee fully formed threads and absolutely burr-free stainless steel screw heads.
Maximize Tool Life: Massive concentrations of EP anti-wear agents significantly suppress sintering and biting, extending the life of your drawing and stamping dies exponentially while eliminating surface scratches.
Hot Forging Insulation: Specific hot forging models (TL 737) act as a thermal barrier, preventing mold annealing and ensuring instant, clean demolding with minimal smoke generation.

Q: Why is the viscosity of the cold heading oil (TL 711) so high (140 cSt)?
A: Cold heading creates massive, instantaneous pressure. Standard oils would be squeezed out immediately. The high viscosity ensures a thick "oil cushion" remains between the punch and the metal during the millisecond of impact.
Q: Can I use the stainless steel drawing oil for aluminum parts?
A: Absolutely not. Stainless steel drawing oil contains aggressive EP agents (like sulfur/chlorine) that will corrode aluminum. Aluminum drawing oil contains specialized anti-stick agents to prevent aluminum fines from galling the die. Always use dedicated oils.
Q: How do we clean parts drawn with these heavy-duty oils?
A: Due to their high viscosity and strong adhesion, water alone will not work. You must use industrial alkaline cleaners heated to 60-80℃ or professional solvent degreasers in ultrasonic tanks.
