Eliminate Cleaning Costs: The fluid provides extreme boundary lubrication at the exact millisecond of the punch, then automatically evaporates. Parts are left bone-dry, entirely eliminating the need for chemical degreasing.
Extend Die Life: Effectively removes heat during high-speed continuous stamping (hundreds of strokes per minute), preventing tool wear, thermal fatigue, and burr formation on the stamped parts.
