Q: Why can't I just use a standard emulsion (like DX 300) for titanium?
A: Titanium's biggest enemy is heat. Emulsions contain oil and dissipate heat much slower than synthetic fluids. The TH Series utilizes a full synthetic polymer structure to provide the rapid cooling necessary to prevent the tool from burning up.
